Dr. Jackson has 21 years of executive management experience in Human
Resources Management, Organization Leadership and Operations Management.
Additionally, Dr. Jackson worked as an Adjunct Professor at Southern University in
Baton Rouge, where he taught a graduate level course in Human Resources
Management. Dr. Jackson holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in
Communications from Southern University, certification in employment law from
Louisiana State University, and a Doctorate degree in Organization and
Management, with a specialization in Human Resources Management and
Organizational Leadership, from Capella University, Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Jackson
is also a certified Human Behavioral Consultant.

John Al Miles

Mr. Miles has 15 years of administrative and management experience in the health
care field particularly in the areas of human resources, strategic planning and
quality improvementHe has also developed and managed human resource
information management systems, developed new employee orientation, and
training programs. Mr. Miles possesses a Bachelor's degree in Management from
the University of Louisiana-Lafayette as well as a Master's degree in Business
Administration from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Miles is currently conducting
doctoral studies in strategic management and public policy.

Tierra Montgomery

Ms. Montgomery is an Adjunct Professor at Baton Rouge Community College's
Small Business Training Center, where she teaches employees of Cox
Communications, Casino Rouge, and Shaw, Inc. computer literacy and proficiency
in Microsoft Office Applications. Ms. Montgomery has an immeasurable amount of
experience dealing the displaced community. She currently serves on the
LARebuilds steering committee and also designed and implemented Joy
Corporation's Community Technology Initiative providing training to the community
free of charge using Microsoft Unlimited Potential Curriculum. As a community
volunteer, she has designed art programs, play productions, and youth leadership
programs to benefit African American youth in the Baton Rouge and surrounding
areas. Ms. Montgomery is a certified web designer from Louisiana State University.
She is currently working towards her ACE Certification

Jeanie Selders

Mrs. Selders has over 20 years of administrative and accounting experience. She
served as administrative secretary to educational strategist and educational
consultants for the Louisiana State Department of Education. Ms. Selders has
exceptional organizational skills as well as the ability to implement assignments
using many different office applications. She currently provides administrative and
accounting duties to two companies in with in the city of Zachary.
