John Al Miles President/Chief Executive Officer johnmiles@joycorp.org	Mr. Miles has 15 years of administrative and management experience in the health care field particularly in the areas of human resources, strategic planning and quality improvement. He has also developed and managed human resource information management systems, developed new employee orientation, and training programs. Mr. Miles possesses a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Miles is currently conducting doctoral studies in strategic management and public policy.
Tierra Montgomery Vice President of Training & IT tmontg2@joycorp.org	Ms. Montgomery is an Adjunct Professor at Baton Rouge Community College's Small Business Training Center, where she teaches employees of Cox Communications, Casino Rouge, and Shaw, Inc. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. Ms. Montgomery has an immeasurable amount of experience dealing the displaced community. She currently serves on the LARebuilds steering committee and also designed and implemented Joy Corporation's Community Technology Initiative providing training to the community free of charge using Microsoft Unlimited Potential Curriculum. As a community volunteer, she has designed art programs, play productions, and youth leadership programs to benefit African American youth in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. Ms. Montgomery is a certified web designer from Louisiana State University. She is currently working towards her ACE Certification
Jeanie Montgomery Office Manager/Accountant j montgomery@joycorp.org	Mrs. Montgomery has over 20 years of administrative and accounting experience. She served as administrative secretary to educational strategist and educational consultants for the Louisiana State Department of Education. Ms. Selders has exceptional organizational skills as well as the ability to implement assignments using many different office applications. She currently provides administrative and accounting duties to two companies with in the city of Zachary.


	Garrett Fortenberry - A+, IC3, MCP IT Director gfortenberry@joycorp.org

Mr. Fortenberry is a graduate from Louisiana Technical College, earning his
degree as a Computer Network Specialist. Mr. Fortenberry has worked with
several local companies installing and troubleshooting PC’s, monitoring
and maintaining networking media, designing network security and
designing SMB LAN/WAN networks. He is currently IC3 Certified, A+
Certified, and a Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows XP and Server
2003. Mr. Fortenberry has experience with many Microsoft Server System
Applications including: Windows SharePoint Server, Microsoft Exchange
2003/2007, Microsoft ISA Server, Microsoft AD DS, Microsoft PKI, Operations
Manager, SMS, and Microsoft SQL Server. He is currently working toward his
MCSE Certification. Mr. Fortenberry has also completed training through the
Cisco Networking Academy and is currently working toward his CCNP
Certification.
